Feedback: plz fix!

Fix the bugs:
-When trying to accept a quest the Game crashes!
-Rain falls through shelter
-third person view doesnt work
-the walk and trott are too slow!
-the running sounds are very unrealistic
-not enough humans in the game the settlements look very empty
-Not many quests
